Our European head office in Paris La Défense is looking for a new colleague to join our Finance &Accounting team for a 6 months contract as:
Accountant – French/English (w/m)
You will be working in an international environment and your daily tasks will include:
Invoice approval (VAT, amount, dates…)
Process Initiation for Finance related costs
Validation of accounting entry proposed by the system
Support consolidation team in following and booking intercompany entries.
Review of accounting consistency and coherence (Bank, OD, sales, costs…)
Timely production of monthly IFRS financial reports
Timely production of Quarterly FR GAAP financial reports
Provide to treasury team Covenant ratios
Monthly VAT declaration on CEGID Tax
Quarterly VAT claim against tax administration
Other tax declaration as needed (IFER, CVAE…)
Coordination and reporting to Tax Team
Participate in the implementation of SAP for perimeter
Ensure liaison with Chinese SSC
Communication and coordination with SSC
Archiving of the French accounting documentation
Completion of group and statutory audit
Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting
• At least three years’ experience in the Accounting field
• Fluent in English and French, Dutch would be a plus
