On November 30th, at the occasion of “China Pavilion Enterprise Day” of Paris Climate Change Conference 2015 (COP21), Mr. WANG Shi, Chairman of Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce (SGCC) Council and China Vanke Board, together with the delegation of SGCC, paid a visit to CGN Europe Energy (CGNEE) for business communications.
The deputy Chief Executive Officer of CGNEE, Mr. LIU Yuguang, introduced the developments of CGN and CGNEE. As CGN’s platform for new energy development in Europe, CGNEE takes concrete actions in response to the COP21 by promoting the trade and economic cooperation on energy-saving, emission-reducing and the low-carbon environmental market between China and France. Mr. WANG Shi indicated that the partnership built between both sides could generate the “scale effect” among major industries. Meanwhile, Mr. WANG Shi pointed out that, in the Chinese cities innovation capacity index rankings of 2014, Shenzhen ranked the first; and the cooperation of technological innovations will still lead the trend in the future. Besides, Mr. WANG Shi gave presentation on the “going out” policy of Vanke.
More than 10 entrepreneurs of SGCC participated in this exchange by discussing on clean energy, smart water, intelligent manufacturing, green materials and some other latest issues. After a deep and sincere exchange, both sides reached an agreement on the establishment of the representative office of SGCC in Europe, and planned to hold the ceremony at the end of December in Shenzhen.
